From the architectural point of view the Park Hotel & Terme Romantica stands out for its numerous buildings forming a harmonious puzzle over the very wide surface of 45,000 sqm. A series of bungalows, many buildings on one floor and some on two floors are well-distributed on the whole area and surrounded by impressive spots of exotic vegetation, enchanting and coloured flowerbeds, imposing evergreen trees, panorama terraces and the tempting thirteen swimming pools making up the Romantica Thermal Park.
Furthermore, the hotel complex is enriched with equipped sun terraces, the sauna with thermal steam, the nudist terrace, the Fitness Corner TechnoGym™, the Spa Café and the sport fields and equipment: the tennis court, the volley and five-a-side football field, the bowls, the ping pong, the mountain bikes. The Restaurants are located on strategic areas of the complex: the Belvedere with its Mediterranean charme offers a wonderful sea view and houses up to 270 persons; the Eden, lying at the entrance of the Romantica Thermal Park, is surrounded by luxuriant vegetation and the delicious thermal swimming pool Etna. Besides its beautiful room many tables are also available outdoor, i.e. around the pool and on the terraces, framed by the green as well as the outstanding view on the sea and the Gulf.

On July 1949 on the Roland Garros tennis court in Paris, the great Gianni Cucelli beat the French champion Marcel Bernard in a stunning match and gave Italy its first post-war Davis Cup victory. Thus began the Italian Golden Age of Tennis which lasted 12 years and reached its ultimate triumph in December 1960 in Perth, Australia, with the extraordinary victory over the powerful USA team. Today the Italian team is not as outstanding as formerly but for all lovers of this noble and widely-loved sport we offer without charge a fully renovated tennis court with synthetic turf and a breathtaking view.
