Kiani Beach Resort is a modern, all-inclusive family resort situated directly on the award winning blue flag beach of Kiani Akti, just outside of Kalyves village in Chania. Our 115 rooms (standard, maisonette, suite and a special Superior Suites) all share the style and ambiance of a modern home-like environment. The decor is a mix of vibrant colours and glass with the finishes of warm of wood. All rooms are air-conditioned and have a sitting area with sofa bed, kitchenette and a balcony or terrace.

Swimming Pool and Beach

The shallow beach compromised of sand and pebbles just across the main pool is attended by a life guard daily. The swimming pool area provides hours of fun in the sun as children can play safely in our shallow children’s pool and adults can swim in carefree in the larger pool.

Accessibility

Ramps and elevators within Kiani Beach Resort allow for easy maneuvering of prams and accessibility, making Kiani Beach Resort a haven for families with young children.

Explore

Take a walk along the beach, cross a little picturesque bridge and discover the nearby beach and village of Kalyves and further on to Almyrida for another choices of shops, taverns, restaurants and water sports. Explore other nearby inland villages as: Kalami, Armeni, Aptera (archaeological site) and Nio Horio. Only 20min away from the center of Chania, stroll along the must-see old Venetian town and old harbor.
