The Biltmore has a 10,000 square foot, state-of-the-art Fitness Center that features separate areas dedicated to cardiovascular exercise as well as strength training with a comprehensive free-weight room. Group exercise classes are held in our multi-purpose, yoga and spinning studios. The cardio assortment includes treadmills, ellipticals and ascent trainers, all with touchscreen TVs, ClimbMills, and Espinners. The free-weight room features strength equipment with redefined ergonomics, improved comfort and performance electronic rep count. Guests must be 16 or older to use the fitness facilities and classes. However, private sessions and family classes are available in some formats.
