Short and long-term tennis coaching positions available for 2016.

Our aim is to provide to our high-end clientele something different and extra than provided somewhere else, in terms of technique & mental tips, on-court interest, and inspiring personalities.

Our philosophy is not a stable tennis lesson but a “try to reach each ball” session.

Basic Operating demands:

-Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours in a day.

-Instructors have to be at the premises for 4 hours in the morning and 4 hours in the evening on a daily basis.

-Days Off: one day off per week – July & August no days off, but 2 mornings off per week. Days off or more mornings off could be given during July-August if no lessons. These are all paid days.

-Potential candidates must be able to work on holidays and all the weekends.

Navarino Racquet Academy offers:

-Basic salary for a certain amount of hours and per hour payment for the rest.

-Accommodation next to Navarino Dunes

-Meals within the premises.

-Use of Navarino Dunes Facilities, according to the relevant policies.

-Private Insurance

Extra Info:

Daily schedule of lessons can change anytime depending on the guests” requests.

Instructor is not getting involved with bookings and schedule (only if requested upon specific case). He/She is responsible only for the lessons, assist in the organization of tournaments, keep the courts clean and maintained (artificial grass with clay powder).

For June & September instructor might be also responsible for bookings in coordination with customer services.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

Under 35 years old.

At least 2 years experience in tennis coaching.

English Language.

High preference in Russian and German speaking coaches.
