The construction is ecological (passive), with a sophisticated system (air exchangers, under floor cooling/heating) which allows keeping the air fresh and dry in the houses in an ecological and healthy way. Both homes are fully equipped with every appliance needed. Each of these two homes has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a toilet room. Both houses have a private swimming pool and a private parking. The houses are situated on a hillside covered by splendid old olive trees. The small village of Apolisi is very picturesque and characterized by the houses made of stone. The fresh see breeze creates a very pleasant feeling especially during the summer months. This area has a particularly friendly atmosphere, and is perfect for families, since there are many family-run tavernas close to clean Blue Flag beaches, excellent water sports, and some lovely walks on the hillsides behind.
