This villa has two floors, an area of 275 m2 and is located on a fully fenced land plot of 2500m2. It is accessible through a private road and a remote controlled electrical gate. The house is secured by an alarm system with 24h camera surveillance. The garden is decorated with a variety of trees planted around the house and along a small river of clear water populated by small frogs and turtles very popular with children as well as parents, especially when, sometimes, one of them dares venture in the garden. Depending of the season, you will have the pleasure to pluck from the fruit trees and taste our figs, apples, pears, grapes, lemons, nuts, pomegranates and cherries. A must!The swimming pool is ample 50m2 and has a depth growing until 2.50m. The edges are equipped with long chairs and a spaceous veranda offering shade. An open shower is installed right at the exit of the pool. The tennis court occupies the rear of the property. Made of a high quality synthetic grass imported from France, the court is used exclusively by its occupants. A punching bag hangs at the right exit of the court- just in case you will still feel enough energy to practice your boxing skills.< As you exit the tennis court, you will find our spa waiting for you to enjoy its relaxing bubbles. Take a glass of fresh cold juice or ouzo, turn on its radio, and let yourself melt... Villa's Interior The inside of the house is illuminated and bright thanks to the numerous double-glass windows equipped with shutters. The villa naturally conserves a fresh temperature thanks to its marble and tiles floor , but each room also has full air conditioning and fans on the ceiling. The house has a Wi-Fi internet connection.
