The complex is just 250 meters from the renowned beach of Istron Bay Hotel which has been honoured with the prestigious blue-flag award 18 years in a row. The living room (37 s.m.), is a cosy area that combines a sitting room, with a dining area and a well equipped kitchen. It has comfortable lounge furniture, 28” LCD satellite TV, home cinema and free Wi-Fi Internet connection, telephone. The villa is well insulated and fully air-conditioned. Its orientation (south to southwest) secures the ideal amount of sunshine during the whole season. Villa Alkistis has a bedroom with an en suite bathoom tiled with white marble, which has a bathtub. The bedroom is large enough to accomodate three people comfortably and it is facing the surrounding hills and the wild vegetation evoking an exotic atmosphere. The extremely spacious terrace (over 150 s.m.), which offers its guests much needed privacy, has a private pool 8x4 s.m., a sunbathing area with a parasol and sun lounges.
