Morton of Pitmilly Countryside Resort, Scotland is set in a stunning location just outside St. Andrews and offers a unique award-winning holiday experience. It’s three decades since we created the concept that is Morton of Pitmilly. Our luxury holiday accommodation with extensive leisure facilities and activities are the perfect choice for a couple, family or group holiday in Fife. The original idea was based on a wish list of the essentials we look for when we go on holiday. Whatever the season, whatever the length of your stay, whether you come with family or friends, you will find there is something for everyone.
LOCATION
Our countryside resort is beside the village of Kingsbarns on the A917 coast road between St Andrews and Crail. Turn up Station Road opposite the church and the pub (signposted to “Morton of Pitmilly Countryside Resort”). You will pass several houses and one field on the right before you see our signs at the end of the tarmac driveway.

Our indoor acrylic tennis court is one of a few indoor tennis courts in Fife. If it's wet, cold or blowing a gale, you have the luxury of an indoor facility with a viewing area, so your family and friends can spectate. It's a great addition to our holiday resort near St Andrews. TENNIS FOR GUESTS Guests can book our indoor tennis court, doubling up as a badminton court, for £10 per hour all year round. TENNIS FOR LOCALS Our indoor court is also available to tennis players from the local area. Advance booking and payment is required. The tennis court, or our badminton court, can be booked for £16 per hour. We can take block bookings for the indoor tennis court for a 12 week period. All block bookings receive a 10% discount. TENNIS COACHING We also run LTA qualified tennis lessons, available to both guests and people from the local area; however, advance booking for lessons is essential. Individual Tennis Lessons £35 per hour Group Tennis Lessons from £8 per hour
