In the spring of 2009 Ayii Anargyri Spa resort opened its doors to present the world with a sublime experience. The Spa was first formally opened in 1649 by two brothers, Cosmas and Damianos. Their generosity in offering treatment often without thought of reward gave rise to the name Anargyri – without silver. They became known and loved locally for their selfless acts and affectionately known as saints.

The Annabel Croft Tennis Academy was founded in 2009 in London, England with a programme of just over 30 players at the National Tennis Centre. Now this programme has expanded to a programme delivering tennis to over 1000 players in a year and a team of over 14 professional coaches currently coaching to the Annabel Croft tennis philosophy. The academy is headed by the current TV tennis presenter Annabel Croft, who has drawn on her 35 years of experience both as a player (British No.1 & World Ranking No.21) and in the media to develop a coaching method that is challenging, highly enjoyable and ultimately very rewarding. Annabel launched the academies philosophy by ensuring small coaching groups, delivering core content through high energy movement drills and adding good tactical advice in rally situations. Annabel’s key aim is that all players enjoy their tennis, have sound technique and understanding of the game and are inspired to keep playing tennis for many years to come. Located at the heart of Aphrodite Hills Resort in Paphos, Cyprus with spectacular views over the Mediterranean Sea, the Annabel Croft Tennis Academy at Aphrodite Hills features world class tennis facilities that are just waiting to be discovered. The academy features 9 floodlit tennis courts – 5 green set hard courts and 4 fantastic clay courts which are designed to offer players of all standards a surface that is of the highest quality for their game. At the centre of the academy is the pro shop, where our highly motivated and qualified team of tennis professionals are on hand to discuss your game and help you improve.
