Akti Palace Hotel, Kos, Greece

The Akti Palace hotel is located in the area called Tholari, just 4 km east of Kardamena, 20 km from Kos Town, 10 km from the airport and to a short distance to all attraction areas of Kos Island.
The hotel consists of 15 buildings which are scattered around of 35.000m2 of gardens. It looks like a small modern village with pathways and plazas.
The seafront deluxe modern style facilities and accommodation of 189 units are influenced by Dodecanese style architecture.

Open Plan Family Rooms (sea view, garden view) – maximum occupancy 3 adults + 1 child
Bi-Level Suites (sea view, garden view) – 2 floor accommodation with the sleeping room and bathroom on the ground floor and children’s room with shower on the second level – maximum occupancy 4 adults +1 child (on sofa-bed)

All rooms are decorated in a luxury modern style and provide split units heating and cooling air conditioner,  bath or shower, 32 inches screen Sat TV, Kettle and sets for coffee and tea,  hair-drier, safe deposit box and Wi-Fi.
**The hotel has 20 Twin rooms with sharing pools with fresh water (1 pool for every 4 units) each one 14m X 4m – max depth 1,50m.

Stylish SPA center of 450m2 with Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Steam bath, inside heated pool (12×4 x1,43 with 22 C° temperature), 3 feet bath, beauty parlour and 3 massage rooms.
Main Swimming Pool (35m X 15m / max depth 1,47m) and children’s pool, both with fresh water are located only 10m from the beach, beach towel service is available.
Pool Snack bar open from 10:00 – 00:00 offering snacks, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
The main building is consisting of an impressive large lobby with a main bar, the Epicurus – main dining room for Breakfast – Lunch – Dinner featuring Greek, Italian and International food which is prepared in front of the clients in Show Cooking Stations. There are three thematic restaurants: the Asterias – Greek Sea Food Restaurant, the Red Elephant – Asian Restaurant and the Luculus – Greek Gourmet Restaurantwhere clients can have dinner by making a reservation at the reception one day before.
The hotel offers a good quality “All Inclusive” program with food from 10:00 to 05:00 in the main dining room and the other food facilities, international alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage, filter coffee, cappuccino, espresso and tea, from our open bars from 10:00 to 00:30.
There are a jewelry shop and a souvenir shop.

Animation & Entertainment
Daily light activities around the pool and on the beach (including stretching classes, aqua aerobic and yoga).
Mini Club   for  children  2-12 years  old and Infants Club for infants 1-4 years  old are available every day from 10:00 to 18:00.
2 tennis courts with flood lights, the one can be used as Multipurpose, tennis lessons are available.
Basketball court, Mini Soccer and the Beach Volleyball are also available.
Water Sports Center (Operated by the third party). There is a very well organized naval base with a great variety of the water sports: water skiing, wake-board, ringos, banana, parascending, jet skis, pedaloes and canoes, speed boat rides and trips are available. Sailing boat, catamaran and windsurfing can be arranged on a request.
Service of Scuba Diving Centre (operated by the third party in Kardamena village) is also available.
For the evening entertainment the hotel offers the possibility of 2 amphitheaters:  A) the “Aphrodite” amphitheater with cabaret shows, mini–disco and games for children every evening; B) the “Zeus”amphitheatre, next to the main pool, with live music 5 days a week,  and evenings with light stereo music accompaniment 2 times a week (weather permitting). via www.aktipalace.gr
